Lock Your Blackberry With A Password

Lock your blackberry (BB) with a password is intended that the data, critical data, confidential data can not be read or compromised by others. To lock the BlackBerry with a password, we do not require additional applications to be downloaded again, because the facilities already existing passwords in our blackberry, just activated it.

The trick is as follows:

1. From home screen, press menu key - option - password, you will see a display like picture below
   
   
2. still at the menu lie picture above, scroll to SET PASSWORD , and enter a password you want, and save configuration.
   
   
3. Other setting, can customize your desire or default only, like Number of Password Attemps, Security Timeout, etc
